COX COMMUNICATIONS is committed to providing the facilities and resources to make the Public Access channel YOUR channel - a chance for creative expression and an opportunity for you to educate, inform and entertain your friends and neighbors. All of the services we provide are free of charge on a first-come, first-serve, non-discriminatory basis. If you live in any of the franchise towns, you're halfway there.
